Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is unworn.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
